Returns and exchanges (minus the cost of shipping) are accepted within 15 days for new, unused jewelry. All custom items are final sale; returns or exchanges do not apply.

Each piece of jewelry arrives in its own box tied with ribbon. Small necklaces, earrings, and rings come with small dust bags, while larger necklaces arrive in rigid boxes great for storage. All items arrive carefully packed inside a larger, nondescript shipping box.

Mark your order as a gift at checkout and pricing information will be removed from the invoice included in your package.

Remove your jewelry before using lotion, perfume, or washing your hands, and also before showering, swimming, or hitting the gym. Long exposure to water, chemicals, and oils will gunk up your jewelry and make stones look dull.

Clean your pieces with a soft toothbrush and mild soapy water, and dry them completely. Chemical cleaners and abrasive polishes can react badly with or scratch more delicate stones like pearls, opals, and emeralds.

Store your jewelry in a dust bag or padded box when you’re not wearing it or when you’re traveling. When jumbled together, pieces can get tangled or scratch each other.
