Shipping, Returns, & Repairs
Shipping
Pieces that are in stock and ready to ship will be mailed out within 1-2 business days after I receive your order. Made-to-order pieces are usually ready to ship within 6-8 weeks.
Orders ship via the United States Postal Service from New York State. Generally, the closer the delivery is to NY, the faster you’ll receive it.
USPS shipping rates and delivery speeds are:
International:
Canada: $16
Other International: $28
Domestic:
Standard: $8 (2-5 days, plus 1-2 days processing)
Priority: $12 (2-3 days, plus 1-2 days processing)
Expedited: $40 (1-3 days, plus 1-2 days processing)
If you prefer UPS or FedEx, please get in touch (sara@saragolden.com) and I can provide a shipping quote.
If your package is being delivered internationally and you need it faster than standard delivery, please contact sara@saragolden.com (me!) for help. Please also note that once your package arrives at its destination country, you’ll be responsible for any duties or tariffs.
Returns and Exchanges
I want you to love what you purchase, but also realize that sometimes things just don't work out. Returns are offered on orders (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the jewelry is unused, in its original condition within 15 days of receipt.
For custom pieces, I work hard to communicate throughout the custom design process so you know exactly what you’ll be getting. Therefore, exchanges or returns are not offered on these pieces. Additionally, rings that have been sized are not available for exchanges or returns.
I reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, or exchanges.
Repairs
I hand-craft my jewelry to last, but if one of your pieces is in need of repair, please email sara@saragolden.com with your name, photos of the jewelry in need of repair, and a proof of purchase. From there we’ll talk about what happens next and I’ll get to work getting it looking it’s best again.
If your piece is able to be repaired, it could take 4 weeks or more for completion. Timing will depend on what needs fixing, and I’ll provide you with an estimate.
