Inspired by clusters of stars sparkling in galaxies millions of light years away, these convertible earrings have five shimmering flush-set white topaz stones each, and can be worn two ways: as a simple stud, or a dramatic drop with both pieces connected. They are carved from wax, cast in recycled brass, and plated in gold.
