Shipping

We try to keep most pieces in stock, and will ship them within 1-3 business days. Any other pieces will be made to order, and usually ship 4 to 6 weeks after placing your order.

All orders ship via the United States Postal Service. If you prefer a service other than USPS, please get in touch and we can provide a shipping quote. Our rates are:

Domestic:
Standard: $6
Priority: $10
Expedited: $40

If your package is being delivered internationally and you need it faster than standard delivery, please contact sara@saragolden.com for assistance. Please also note we are not responsible for any duties or tariffs once your package arrives at its destination country.

Returns and exchanges

Sara wants you to love what you purchase, but realizes that sometimes things just don't work out. Returns are offered on orders (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the jewelry is unused, in its original condition within 15 days of receipt.

We work hard to communicate throughout the custom process so you know exactly what you’ll be getting, so exchanges or returns are not offered on these pieces. Additionally, rings that have been sized are not available for exchanges or returns.

Sara Golden reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, or exchanges.

Repairs

Sara Golden Jewelry is painstakingly built to last, but if one of your pieces is in need of repair, please email sara@saragolden.com with your name, photos of the jewelry in need of repair, and a proof of purchase. Sara will work with you to get it looking it’s best again.

If your piece is able to be repaired, please note that it could take 4-6 weeks for completion.
